Bank of Four Receivers

These are the four receivers receiving signals from Resolution Island.

 

At the far left and far right of the picture are the square parametric amplifiers which pre-processed and converted the signal for the receivers. The four receivers are mounted in the four similar vertical racks. Between receivers 2 and 3 is an additional rack containing a test set, chart recorder and patch panel.

 

Normally the receivers were covered with perforated metal covers.
